The owners of GTRD Roofing and Construction have done commercial build outs for clients such as Regency Centers (the 2nd largest retail development company in the U.S.A.) who operate and own property all over the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Those projects include foundation and concrete work for Linens and Things, Macarthur Park, D’Herrio’s Hand Forged Iron, Casa Linda Plaza and Premier Hospitality to name a few larger accounts. We have completed roof installations all over the DFW area totaling over 1 million dollars over the last 1 1/2 years.

Our company is a quality, dependable and reputable organization. Our sub-contractors are professional, courteous and always keep their sites clean and organized to provide a safe job site.  

We have operations here in northeast Texas and in southeast Louisiana, with subcontractors of all types with the highest experience levels available in their trade.

We maintain a 2 million dollar liability insurance policy and carry workers compensation insurance. We are bonded and our subcontractors maintain equal or greater coverage on their own policies.
